Express Search, Inc. has created this website
and supporting images and documents at the request of
the client.
- Data Retention
Upon completion of the requested project, the search results were
archived to this CD-ROM and the digital files used to
create the CD-ROM were deleted. Thereafter Express Search, Inc.
is unable to reproduce the CD-ROM
without reconstructing the entire project from paper records.
Paper copies of the search disclosure and the search results are
kept on file for approximately one year. After that time, the
paper copies of the files are destroyed.
Electronic copies of the original disclosure and search results
may be retained for a further duration as part of our quarterly
system wide electronic data backup.

This site is contained completely on the CD-ROM and only uses information
on the internet where indicated by [External Link].
- Statistics About Your Usage

Express Search copies all information for results in Electronic Format to
the CD at completion of the project. All information in these results are located
on this CD. Express Search does not track the usage or viewing of any part of this
CD.
